Library borrowing

Chemistry Library

Parts IB, II and III undergraduate students are invited to register for borrowing from the Chemistry Library. Up to 10 books may be on loan at any time including a maximum of 2 books from the Blue Book short loan collection. (These loans are in addition to books borrowed from any other library in the system.)
Loan period - 4 weeks for books from general collection, 3 days for Blue Book collection short loans.
Renewal possible for general collection books. Sorry, no renewal possible for short loans.

University Library

From October 2010 undergraduates at the University of Cambridge will be able to borrow up to five items at one time from the University Library.
Loan period - 2 weeks. One renewal period of 2 weeks possible. Online renewal enabled.
Vacation borrowing possible during Christmas and Easter vacations (subject to recall). No vacation loans possible over the long vacation.
