Library borrowing for undergraduates (30.9.10)
Chemistry Library
Parts Ib, II and III students reading chemistry are invited to register for borrowing from the Chemistry Library.
Up to 10 books may be on loan at any time including a maximum of 2 books from the Blue Book short loan collection.
(These books are in addition to loans from any other library in the system.)
Borrowing period - 4 weeks for books from the general collection, 3 days for short loans from the Blue Book collection.
Renewal possible for general collection titles. Sorry, short loans may not be renewed.
Journal bound volumes and individual issues may not be borrowed.
University Library
From October 2010 onwards all undergraduates at the University of Cambridge will be able to
borrow up to five items at one time from the University Library. Loan period - two weeks. One renewal for 2 weeks possible. Online renewals allowed.
Vacation loan possible over Christmas and Easter but not the long vacation.
