This is just an attempt to try to put this in some sort of order and prune it to a readable length. Apologies in advance for all the (many) things I have missed out.

    • Web services e.g. calenders, equipment booking
    • Help-desk/request tracking system (RT?)
    • LDAP/single-account for some Unix services (CUC3 v. keen; also UCC training area; M18 very keen)
    • Better user administration, particularly with registration and leaving - more liaison with admin staff
